1. Kawato Motorsport (Return Policy)
Thank you for shopping at Kawato Motorsport!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind unless otherwise you has notified us.
1.1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
All unauthorized returns will not be processed.
1.2. Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are not fitting or wrong order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@kawato.com.na or come to our Office: 34 Independence Drive Avenue.
1.3. Partial refunds are granted / Restocking Fees (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returned items after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
4. Shipping of Returned Items
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: Kawato Motosport, 34 Independence Drive Avenue, Windhoek).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

*Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.*
5. Part Payment/lay-by
- Lay-by at any Kawato Motorsport store with your ID or driver’s licence
- Pay a 10% deposit
- Pay your lay-by over a three month period at any Kawato Motorsport store*.
- Collect your items at the store where you started your lay-by. You’ll
need your original lay-by till slip.
6. Part Payment Refunds
You’ll need the original lay-by till slip or your ID/driver’s license. Only the till slip holder can cancel a lay-by. You, the cashier and the manager will then sign the refund documents. You’ll be charged a 5% on the money you’ve paid on a cancelled lay-by.
